DIY: Propolis foot bath

Not only the face, but also the feet deserve loving attention, especially if they are affected by problems such as nail fungus or calluses. A homemade foot bath with propolis can be a soothing and effective treatment to combat these problems and care for your feet at the same time.
You will need:
1 liter of warm water
10-15 drops of propolis tincture 10% alcohol-free
2tablespoons of baking soda
5drops of tea tree oil
Propolis honey soap
Pour the warm water into a large bowl and then add the 10-15 drops of alcohol-free propolis tincture, baking soda and tea tree oil. Stir the water well until the propolis has completely dissolved in it.
Now dip your feet into the warm propolis water and relax for around 15-20 minutes. Breathe in deeply and enjoy the soothing scent of the propolis as it releases its antibacterial and skin-regenerating properties. This can help to soothe any skin irritations and calm the skin, especially nail fungus or calluses.
After removing your feet from the foot bath, wash them thoroughly with the propolis honey soap and then rinse them thoroughly. Gently dry your feet and apply bedrop Propolis Nail Serum to your toenails. For more moisture, gently massage in bedrop Royale Lotion. You will feel the difference and your feet will feel refreshed and revitalized.
Don't forget, regular foot care is important for healthy and beautiful feet!
