Distilled water, propolis extract (10%), sodium hydroxide (baking soda)

Application
Flower pollen powder:
Mix well and consume 1-3 teaspoons daily pure or in food (bowls, muesli, smoothies or honey) before the first meal.
Manuka honey MGO 500+:
Manuka honey is suitable for internal and external use. Thanks to the high MGO content of 500+, a low dosage is sufficient. Can be taken pure or in food and drinks: Children (up to 4 years of age) 1/2 teaspoon daily Adults 1 teaspoon daily Can be used internally and externally. Tip: Can also be used as skin care or skin conditioner.
Propolis tincture 10% (alcohol-free):
For skin care: Dab a maximum of 5 drops on the affected areas 2-3 times a day as required.
Oral care: Dab a maximum of 5 drops from the pipette or gargle with water 1-3 times a day on the affected area of the mouth and throat.

Founder by conviction
Bee products have been with me since I was a child. Every morning I was allowed to take a teaspoon of pollen, honey and propolis to support my well-being. Years later, I used propolis for my neurodermatitis and knew that my fellow sufferers would notice. Even today, I no longer have any flare-ups and have been able to give thousands of people quality of life.

The superfood - ground flower pollen
Bee pollen are small grains collected by bees when they visit flowers for nectar. During this process, bees unintentionally collect pollen on their bodies, which they then collect in special baskets on their hind legs. This collected pollen is called bee pollen and is a staple food for the bee colony.
Bee pollen is highly nutritious and contains proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and lipids. They are a rich source of protein and also contain a large amount of vitamins, including B vitamins and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium.
In beekeeping, pollen is also known as "bee gold" and, thanks to its super ingredients, as "bee superfood".
Flower pollen can be used in different ways. Flower pollen can be consumed orally by mouth or externally, e.g. mixed into ointments, creams, etc.
